  • Commute Profile Data: We collect details you provide about your commute, including typical days, times, modes, and generalized home/work locations using a 7-character geohash. We do not collect or store your exact home or work address.

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service (e.g., feature usage, clicks, and page visits) to improve functionality and performance.

  • Device & Log Data: We may collect device and browser information, IP address, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.

  • Cookies: We use minimal cookies to track referral sources and remember office locations you’ve interacted with for your convenience.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Design and optimize shuttle routes, schedules, and service areas.

  • Improve the Service and develop new features.

  • Communicate updates, new routes, or improvements relevant to your commute.

  • Generate aggregated, anonymized insights for planning and (potentially) marketing purposes.

  • Comply with legal obligations and maintain service integrity.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data with trusted partners who assist with route planning, operations, or analytics.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure authentication methods provided by Supabase.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time via your account settings. We may periodically prompt you to confirm or update your commute profile to ensure service relevance.
